#KendallJenner or #Kendall as she wanted to be known, don't know if she is going through with that (I'm pretty sure her famous family wouldn't allow it), wore a Kristin Aadnevik dress which had a high-low angled hem and strappy middle cut out in the chest area. But I am 100% positive that no one cared about her dress, rather the focus was on her DSquared2 Riri Gladiator sandals that tied up all the way to her lower thighs. Basically girl showed legs for days and there isn't anything else to talk about.

Banged Up In A Bad Way

I am going to be brutally honest with regards to #GigiHadids outfit, I do not like any aspect of it, the pantsuit, the hair, the shoes, nothing. Which is sad really because #Gigi always #slays on the red carpet. Many people found this look to be great but those people are only saying good things because they feel that they can't or won't say what is truthful about the "It Girl".

Lets start with the pantsuit, the length is wrong and the waist looks like it was pulled too high. The stripes aren't that great either. The sandals are all wrong, I feel. She should have worn a closed pump with a thin heel. The hair, the bangs block #Gigi's beautiful face and while she generally looks beautiful with any hairstyle, what's the point of having such a gorgeous face if you are going to block it with hair. The makeup also is very dark. There is nothing redeeming about this, for me, but that is just my opinion.



Mother Of Many Faces

#EmiliaClarke went to the #MTVMovieAwards in a Miu Miu dress with faces on it. This was a perfect option for her seeing as the promos for the new #GameOfThrones season are the actors faces dead in the hall in Braavos. Or maybe she just wanted to be whimsical seeing as it its the fun awards. Either way she looks good.

#DaisyRidley Has The Force

I must say first off I am continuously shocked (in a good way) at how well #DaisyRidley continues to dress for red carpet events. For me she has been in the same ilk as #BrieLarson and #AliciaVikander.


Now back to the #Daisy at the #MTVMovieAwards2016. She wore a black and white meshed into grey #AlexanderWang mini dress. Light makeup and wavy hair completed the look. This look is young and fresh and perfect for someone of this age. And to be honest unlike many young stars, at least she is clothed properly and the only body parts we see are her legs and arms.

Enchantress Or Catwoman?

#CaraDelevigne wore a #Balmain suede skin tight jumpsuit with cut out panels around the torso area. She kept her hair loose and her makeup very minimal except for a dark coloured lip. This look for me is very confusing. I must admit I was expecting more from #Cara purely because she is a fashion forward kinda gal. But this look is too dark, which yes lends to the whole I'm in the #SuicideSquad movie but its also too plain, too simple. There isn't anything majorly wrong with it, don't get me wrong but it just falls flat.

Mirror Mirror On The Wall, Charlize Theron Is The Prettiest Of Them All

What is it with #CharlizeTheron? Is she drinking from the fountain of youth and can she please pass along its location? #Charlize wore a #AlexanderMcQueen Butterfly embellished sheer black dress with long sleeves #McQueen. The work around the neckline is beautiful and by taking it around the waistline you add a dimension to the dress that takes your eyes away from the sheer material. Long sleeves makes this look elegant and refined instead of giving it a "trying too hard feel".


Normally I do not like the sheer trend that has taken over Hollywood by a stranglehold and doesn't seem to be loosening its grips, but I must say I seem to be very partial to this look. the reason being is that it is done in a classy, tasteful manner. Very few have managed to pull this look off without it looking trashy and I can only think of 1 other person who looked impeccable in this trend.

MTV Movie Awards 2016..... A Little Hart & A Big Rock

So I am obviously a bit behind with all the fashion moments that have been taking place. I decided what better place to start catching up from but the #MTVMovieAwards that happened on April 10. This was the first major awards red carpet since the #Oscars2016 ended awards season in February. It was hosted by #KevinHart and #Dwayne"TheRock"Johnson and as you can expect with anything from #Hart, it was hilarious.


So too was the fashion, at times it was hilarious and at other times it was downright amazing but just like years before, celebs tend to either be really overboard with their outfits or sort of laid back. Only your true fashionistas still gave us what we want, which is an amazing look that for years to come we will wonder how they looked so good.
